Our Tuition Fees
Tuition payments are due each Monday in advance of the program week. A $10 late fee will be charged for any payment received after Tuesday of that week. If tuition fees remain unpaid, your child’s care may be terminated with a written notice.
We reserve the right to take any unpaid balances to collections or small claims. If this occurs, any additional costs or fees will be added to your unpaid balance. Your account balance will also accrue a late fee of 2 percent per month until it is paid in full.
Kids At Heart reserves the right to revise any fees or policies upon written notification to parents. If you would like to discuss any issues with our tuition fees, please give us a call.

We give a 5% discount to the oldest child when siblings are enrolled at the same time.

Charges for Late Child Pick-Ups
Parents who pick up their children from Kids At Heart after our regular closing time will be charged a late pick-up fee of $10 per 15-minute interval rounded up to the nearest quarter-hour.
This charge is to cover the expense of additional overtime paid to our staff. If a child is left at the center one hour after regular closing with no message from the parent, legal authorities may be contacted.
