Tuition
Tuition is due each Monday in advance of the program week. A $10.00 late fee will be charged for payment received after Tuesday of the week for which care is provided. If fees remain unpaid, your child’s care may be terminated upon written notice.
Late Pick-up charges
Parents who pick up their children after the regular closing time will be charged a late pick-up fee of $10.00 for each 15-minute interval (rounded to the nearest quarter hour) to cover the expense of additional overtime paid to the staff. Legal authorities may be contacted for children left at the center one hour after regular closing with no message from the parent. Kids at Heart, Inc. reserves the right to revise any fees and/or policies upon written notification to the parents.
