Holidays
Kids at Heart, Inc. observes eight holidays per calendar year. To allow our staff to enjoy this time off, the center will be closed for:
· New Years Day
· Memorial Day
· Independence Day
· Labor Day
· Thanksgiving Day
· Christmas Day
· Two Floating Holidays (90 days notice will be given in advance of a Floating Holiday).
** Legal holidays that fall on the weekend will be observed on a Friday or Monday
We reserve the right to close early on Christmas Eve. At least a 30 day notice will be given if Kids at Heart will be closing early.
Because our fees are averaged over a calendar year, there is no reduction in tuition for weeks that include holidays.
Vacations
Your child may be absent from Kids at Heart on a prearranged “vacation” of one week per year without charge. A second week may be taken at half the regular tuition charge. Vacation may not be used as part of a two-week notice.
