Enrollment
For your child’s safety, and to comply with State regulations, all enrollment papers must be completed and on file in the Directors’ office before your child attends Kids at Heart, Inc. These include: enrollment application, parent agreement, emergency card, medical forms and a child ’s developmental history. The signature of one parent on all enrollment paperwork assumes the agreement of both parents. In the event of a legal separation, both parents must sign all enrollment documents.
Registrations and Supply Fees
To reserve a place for your child, we ask for your first week’s tuition in advance. A registration fee of $35.00 is also due at this time, along with a $30 supply fee, which is due each September. These fees cover administrative costs and help to replenish supplies. The above fees are non refundable.
Returned Checks
Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 charge in addition to any charges made by our bank. Cash or a cashier’s check is required as payment for a returned check.
Summer Activity Fees
We plan extra activities for the children during the summer months. We will go on several field trips away from the center as well as have several extra activities at Kids at Heart. You will be notified in advance and the fees are due by June 1st. The fees generally range from $35-55 depending on the age of your child.
