Attendance
To maintain proper staffing for our program, we require payment for care even if your child is ill and cannot attend the center. If you need to withdraw your child, we require at least a two week advance notice.
Sign In and Sign Out
Parents are required to sign in each child upon arrival, leaving the child in a staff members care. Parents are also required to sign the child out and notify the staff member upon departure. No child will be released without proper procedure. Also, please do not allow your child to leave the building ahead of you. Your cooperation will help assure your child’s safety.
Authorized Persons
We require that registering parents provide Kids at Heart, Inc. in writing with the names of persons authorized to pick up their child. Kid at Heart, Inc. assumes no responsibility if not properly advised. Anyone who picks up your child will be required to show proper identification before the child will be released. For divorced or legally separated parents, it is mandatory that both parents sign off on all enrollment paperwork as to who has legal custody and who may pick up the child.
